I bought full access but don't see it

Make sure you're signed in with the same account you purchased on. In the app, open Me and tap Restore purchases. Access is tied to your ReachYourGoal.AI account and syncs across your devices.

Is this a subscription?

No. It's a one-time purchase with no renewals and nothing to cancel. The first 3 days are free to try. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

What's included?

The full 30-day AI training, the Atlas guide to 86 AI tools, a quiz after every lesson, the community, and a certificate on day 30.

What about my data?

Your data is processed in the EU under GDPR. You can delete your account and content anytime in the app under Me → Account. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Can I use it for a team, company or city?

Yes. Business and City editions add an admin dashboard and reporting. Email us and we'll set it up.

Stelle sicher, dass du mit demselben Konto angemeldet bist, mit dem du gekauft hast. Öffne in der App Ich und tippe auf Käufe wiederherstellen. Der Zugang ist an dein ReachYourGoal.AI-Konto gebunden und synchronisiert über deine Geräte.

Ist das ein Abo?

Nein. Es ist ein Einmalkauf ohne Verlängerung und ohne Kündigung. Die ersten 3 Tage sind gratis zum Ausprobieren. Rückerstattungen für App-Store-Käufe werden von Apple unter reportaproblem.apple.com abgewickelt.
